This site has a voice agent on it. Here is exactly what happens when you turn it on, and what happens if you don't.
Quick answer. If you turn the Everything Agent on, your microphone audio and a written transcript are recorded, processed by a third-party voice provider on Will's behalf, and kept for up to two years. Nothing is switched on until you agree, and you can stop at any time.

If you turn the agent on
- You are talking to an AI, not a person. It speaks in a cloned copy of Will's voice, but it is an automated assistant and it can get things wrong. Anything that matters, confirm with Will at hello@williamfdevito.com.
- The conversation is recorded. Your microphone audio and a written transcript are captured so Will can follow up and improve the agent. Florida is an all-party consent state, which is why you are asked before the microphone opens.
- Audio is processed by a third-party voice provider on Will's behalf. Recordings and transcripts are kept for up to two years, then deleted.
- Transcripts are summarised. After a conversation ends, a summary and the transcript are stored on Will's infrastructure and emailed to him so he can pick up where the agent left off.
- Please don't share sensitive information. No card numbers, passwords, health details or government ID numbers. The agent is instructed not to ask for them.
- You can stop at any time with Escape or the close button. You can ask for your recording to be deleted by emailing hello@williamfdevito.com.
- The agent only saves what you volunteer. If you give it your name and email so Will can reply, it reads them back first and saves them once you confirm. It never sends anything on your behalf.
If you don't
The whole site works without it. Nothing is switched on, nothing is recorded, and your choice is remembered so you are not asked twice.
If you email hello@williamfdevito.com, the message is used to reply to you and for nothing else. It is not sold, shared, or added to a list you didn't ask for.
