Quick answer. Leave your name, your email and two or three times that suit you. Will confirms the time by email and comes to the call prepared. He is in Naples, Florida (Eastern time) and works with businesses anywhere.

What happens after you send it

Will reads the request himself. He checks your times against his week in Naples, Florida, which runs on Eastern time, and writes back with the slot that works. If none of your times fit, he offers two of his own rather than sending you off to a scheduling page. Nothing goes in the calendar until you confirm it, and no assistant or auto-responder sits in between.

What to bring to the call

Bring your website address if you have one, the part of your week that costs the most hours, and the one outcome that would make the next quarter easier. If none of that is clear yet, the call is a good place to work it out. Most of the useful part is deciding what to build first and, just as important, what to leave alone.

About the form

Four fields, and only three of them are required: your name, your email, and the times that suit you. The last one, what you want to work on, is optional — one or two lines is plenty. The form also works with JavaScript switched off, so a blocked script never quietly loses your message. If you would rather skip the form, the email address in the footer reaches the same inbox, and the privacy notice covers what happens to anything you send.
